Who’s behind in Sync Nutrition???
Hi,
It’s high time to introduce myself. I’m Ewa, nutrition therapist, biologist, mother and wife.
To start with I would like to let you know that my whole life I wanted to improve my health thru foods I was eating. Before I finally found out that nutrition therapy is what I need I experimented a lot with my diet.
I studied biology with environmental protection at University of Warsaw and successfully graduated in 2004 becoming Bachelor of Science. Just after my studies I decided to come for a year, maybe two to Scotland. That was in 2005 and I’m still here in 2023, loving it. In 2014 I got a CNM Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition and qualified as nutritional therapist.
Meanwhile I met a love of my life and we live here in Scotland with our wee family.
I’ve got great passion for nutritious food and healthy lifestyle. I’m able to help my patients to get back to their happy, healthy selves thru healthy diet and lifestyle. With all my devotion for healthful living I’ll help you feel good in your own skin again.
Just please remember… it’s a therapy which requires your commitment and work. I do not offer „quick fix pills” 😉
My Approach
As trained naturopath I am practicing holistic nutrition. In simple words… I’m taking into consideration every single aspect of your body; its systems, organs, cells, deficiencies and struggles. You are whole person and the key to health is bringing your inner building blocks to balance thru diet, simple lifestyle changes and good quality supplements. On the top of that I’m highly empathetic person, which makes it easy to understand your complexity. I’m here guide you on your healthy path

If you’ve already started your journey, but feel a little bit lost and would need some TLC choose smallest package. If your life baggage is a bit heavier and you don’t know where or how to start, you feel really poorly go for one of the bigger packages. How quickly will I see results?
While results cannot be guaranteed as it is down to the individual to make the right choices, with enough discipline and motivation, you can start feeling better within a couple of days.
Can you guarantee results?
I cannot guarantee any results nor do I claim to have the magic pill. What I can promise you is that everything I do is tailored to you and together we will put together a plan to suit your needs and lifestyle. A little encouragement and motivation included 😉
Can I cancel a session after booking?
Sessions can be cancelled as long as a notice of at least 24H is given. Unfortunately we cannot cancel a session on the day as no refund will be provided.
How many sessions do i need to do?
You can do as many sessions as you'd like. To make it easier, I have put together several plans to help you decide on what you'd like. While I recommend the 90-day plan as this allows us to work together on making small changes along the way and ensuring that you're getting the most out of your personalised plan, a 30-day plan can also help you to boost you physical and mental wellbeing.
Are the sessions expensive?
Absolutely not. The investment you make in the plan is small and ensures that you get the best support in achieving your goals. By making the small investment, you will save yourself countless weeks of trail and error and disappointments from get-fit-quick schemes.
Can i do an online session instead of in-person?
Absolutely! I will try and tailor all sessions to your needs and if you'd like to do it remotely form the comfort of your home then that's not a problem. Simply get in touch with your needs and I'll make sure you get the help that you need.
